i started ctrl shift z because i needed a space to rant out loud—and realized i wasn’t the only one. this podcast is my way of making sense of the world: mental health, identity, girlhood, healing, and all the chaos in between.

i’m not here to give advice or have all the answers. i’m here to get real—to ask hard questions, share what i’ve lived through, and remind you that you’re not alone in the mess.

when i’m not podcasting, i’m probably making art, screaming old JB songs at the top of my lungs, psychoanalyzing people a little too hard, or keeping up with politics (because #beingeducatedishot).
